The Throne of Judgment was once where a divine arbiter weighed the deeds of all who entered the Spire. Now the arbiter itself has been corrupted — a towering entity of twisted justice that judges all as guilty and attacks without mercy. You must defeat it to open the way to the Apex.

The Corrupted Arbiter collapses, its gavel shattering on the floor. In its final moments, it speaks with two voices — one corrupted, one pleading: 'Free us... free us all...' The way to the Apex stands open.
