Arena

The Arena is the ranked 1v1 PvP mode. You challenge other players at a similar ELO range. Combat follows standard rules — see Combat — with 15 round maximum.

Arena Rules

  • Arena fights are available 24/7 with no daily limit
  • Each arena fight costs 3 stamina
  • You can challenge any player within ±200 ELO of your rating
  • Optional gold wager: agree on an amount (50–5,000 gold); winner takes both wagers
  • Declining a challenge does not affect ELO
  • If both players reach 0 HP in the same round: Draw — no ELO change

Gold Loss on Death

When you lose an Arena fight (without a wager), you lose a percentage of your carried gold based on your rank tier. Gold in your Bank is always safe.

RankGold Loss on Loss
Bronze – Silver2% of carried gold
Gold – Platinum3% of carried gold
Diamond – Legend5% of carried gold

TIP

Deposit your gold in the Bank before doing PvP. Only carry what you're willing to wager.

ELO System

ELO is the ranking score used to match players of similar skill. Starting ELO is 1,000 for all new players.

ELO CHANGE PER MATCH

ΔELO = K × (result − expected_score)

K-factor = 32 (Bronze–Gold), 24 (Platinum), 16 (Diamond+). Result: Win=1, Draw=0.5, Loss=0. Expected score = 1 / (1 + 10^((opponent_ELO − your_ELO)/400)).

ELO Examples

Your ELOOpponent ELOWin (gain)Loss (lose)
1,0001,000+16−16
1,0001,200+26−6
1,2001,000+6−26

Season Resets

ELO resets at the start of each season (every 3 months). Your new starting ELO is:

  • If previous ELO was below 1,000: reset to 1,000
  • If previous ELO was 1,000–2,000: reset to 1,000 + 30% of excess (e.g., 1,400 → 1,120)
  • If previous ELO was above 2,000: soft cap — resets to 1,400

PvP Protection

New and returning players receive temporary PvP protection to avoid being instantly farmed by top-ranked opponents.

Protection TypeDurationCondition to Remove

Return Protection24 hours after 7+ days offlineExpires after first arena fight
Rank ProtectionWhile below Level 20Removed at Level 20

NOTE

While under protection you cannot challenge others to arena either. Protection is fully mutual.

Eclipse War

Eclipse War is the large-scale faction PvP event. Night Court (Vampires) vs Iron Pack (Werewolves) compete for territory control across 5 contested zones. It runs for 72 hours every 2 weeks.

How It Works

  1. Each zone starts neutral or held by one faction from the previous war
  2. Players enter contested zones and fight opposing faction players
  3. Each kill gives your faction 1 territory point for that zone
  4. The faction with more points at the 72h mark captures that zone
  5. Faction with most zones (3+) wins the war and receives the bonus

Eclipse War Rewards

XP Bonus (24h)+15% all XP earnedNone

Eclipse War Tips

  • Focus one zone at a time as a coordinated group — splitting forces loses wars
  • Vampires dominate early (burst/dodge); Werewolves hold ground better late (HP/DEF)
  • Use the Eclipse War as your daily PvP session — kills also give arena ELO
  • Coordinate with your clan — clan members in the same zone get a +10% STR aura

Clan Wars

Clan Wars are scheduled PvP battles between two clans. Either clan can challenge another. Wars last 72 hours. During the war, clan members can fight opposing clan members in any zone to earn war points.

Clan War Rules

  • Challenge requires Clan Leader or Officer rank to initiate
  • Target clan must have at least 5 members to be challenged
  • Each win against an opposing member gives 3 war points to your clan
  • The clan with more points at 72h wins the war
  • Victory gives the winning clan 50 Clan XP and the War Trophy cosmetic
  • A clan can participate in at most 2 wars simultaneously

TIP

See the Clans wiki page for clan structure, ranks, and how to set up a Clan War correctly.
