VvW Mentorship Program
Mentorship pairs experienced players (Mentors) with new players (Apprentices) for 30-day partnerships. Both gain rewards: Mentor earns Honor + cosmetic title; Apprentice gains XP boost + free starter gear. Caps: 5 active apprentices per mentor.
Eligibility
Mentor: Lv50+, prestige 1+, no recent kicks/bans. Apprentice: Lv1-30, no prior mentorships. Pairings auto-suggested by /game/mentorship.html or freely chosen.
How it works
30-day partnership. Mentor and apprentice can chat privately, party-up freely (party-finder priority). Apprentice receives 'Mentor's Blessing' buff: +20% XP when partied with mentor.
Rewards
Apprentice graduation (apprentice reaches Lv30): Mentor earns 100 Honor + 'Mentor' cosmetic title. Apprentice earns 'Initiate' title + free Tier-2 starter weapon.
