How to Build a Werewolf
Quick answer: A werewolf build maxes STR or VIT, slots Natural Regen as passive core, and stacks HP + DEF for sustain. Pick Berserker for raw damage, Alpha Lord for tank, Pack Shaman for support, Moon Warrior for hybrid. Werewolves win short fights through HP advantage.
The 6 Steps
Pick your werewolf class
Berserker (STR-scaling, melee burst), Alpha Lord (VIT-scaling, tank+leadership), Pack Shaman (INT-scaling, healer), Moon Warrior (balanced melee). Lore-aligned with one of the Five Clans.
Set stat priority
Berserker: max STR, dump INT. Alpha Lord: max VIT + DEF, dump LCK. Pack Shaman: max INT + spirit, dump STR. Moon Warrior: balanced STR/VIT, dump INT. Specialize hard.
Slot Natural Regen + 3 actives
Natural Regen passive is your sustain identity. Add an opener, a CC (root or stun), a burst, and an escape. Pack Shaman swaps burst for AoE heal.
Equip HP and DEF runes
Iron Hide (DEF +8%), Pack Bond (HP +5%, +Init in groups), Stoneblood (max HP +10%). Tank/bruiser builds stack 3 defensive runes; DPS take 1 defensive + 2 offensive.
Get a tier-3 weapon by Lv25
Berserker: 2H sword (raw damage). Alpha Lord: shield + 1H sword. Pack Shaman: staff or scepter. Moon Warrior: spear. Buy on auction; ~5k gold median.
Test in arena and dungeons
Werewolf builds shine in burst PvP and party PvE. Run 5 arena matches + 1 dungeon. If you lose >70% of arena, your build is too tanky; if you wipe in dungeon, too glass.
