With 198 achievements across 10 categories, completing the full achievement roster is one of the deepest challenges in VvW. This guide maps the most efficient path through all of them and identifies the missable ones you must prioritise first.
Missable Achievements — Do These First
These achievements have time limits or can no longer be completed after certain conditions are met:
- Anniversary Hero — only available during the 1st Anniversary event. If you weren't playing then, it's permanently gone.
- Season One Veteran — requires participation in PvP Season 1. Available to all players who logged in during Season 1.
- Child of the Moon — requires completing all objectives in 3 Blood Moon events. Blood Moon events are monthly — you need 3 consecutive months of full completion.
PRIORITY
Check when the next Blood Moon event starts. "Child of the Moon" is the only regularly-expiring achievement for active players — missing even one event pushes your completion back by a month.
Most Efficient Category Order
- Progression achievements — these complete naturally as you level up. They require no extra effort.
- Gathering achievements — passive alongside regular gameplay. Use the Stag of the Grove companion to accelerate material counts.
- Combat PvE (early) — "Initiate," "Monster Hunter" complete during normal hunting.
- Social achievements — join a clan early (day 1 if possible) to start "Clansman" and accumulate social progress passively.
- Dungeon achievements — require dedicated dungeon runs; best done after level 30.
- Combat PvP — requires Arena participation; efficient after level 40 with a functional build.
- Event achievements — time-gated; participate in every event regardless of build.
- Prestige achievements — endgame only; complete last.
Quick-Win Achievements (Complete in Day 1)
These can be done immediately after creating your character:
- Initiate — Win your first battle
- Apprentice — Reach level 10
- Gatherer — Gather 200 materials (do this while levelling)
- Clansman — Join a clan (do this as early as possible)
- Blood Moon Survivor — Participate in one Blood Moon event
Hardest Achievements — Plan Ahead
- The Immortal (Infinity Tower Floor 100): Requires a near-perfect endgame build. Start floor progression at level 70+ and grind incrementally — rushing it wastes stamina.
- Unstoppable (100 wins in a row): Plan this during a period when you're overlevelled for your target monsters. Don't attempt in PvP — losses can happen regardless of gear.
- Slaughterer (2,000 monster kills): Pure time investment — kill optimised zone monsters consistently for 2–3 weeks.
- Grand Warlord (5 consecutive Clan War wins as leader): Requires a top-tier organised clan — this is a multi-month project.
Tracking Your Progress
Use the in-game Achievement panel (Profile → Achievements) to sort by completion percentage. Focus on categories where you're 70%+ complete — a small push finishes them. Avoid jumping between categories randomly.
