How to Redeem a Code
Codes can be redeemed in-game through your account settings. Each code can be used once per account. Rewards are delivered instantly.
- 1Log into your Vampires vs. Werewolves account.
- 2Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- 3Scroll down to the Redeem Code field.
- 4Paste or type the code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive).
- 5Click Confirm. Rewards appear in your inventory immediately.
TIP
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. Expired codes return an error message — do not contact support for expired codes, as they cannot be reactivated. New codes are released during events, on social media, and in our Discord server.Active Codes — April 2026

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my code showing as "invalid"?
Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown. Avoid copying extra spaces. If the code was recently posted on Discord, there may be a usage limit that has already been reached.
Can I redeem the same code on multiple accounts?
No. Each code can only be redeemed once per account. Attempting to use the same code on multiple accounts linked to the same device may trigger the anti-cheat system.
How long do rewards take to appear?
Rewards are credited instantly. Gold and Gems appear immediately in your balance. Items appear in your inventory. If you do not see a reward after 5 minutes, try logging out and back in.
Are there codes specifically for vampires or werewolves?
Most codes are universal and work for both factions. Occasionally, faction-specific codes are released during Eclipse Wars or faction rivalry events — these will be clearly labelled above.
