Optimal Daily Routine:
Maximize Every Login Session
Three complete daily routines for 30, 60, and 120-minute sessions — with priority-ordered checklists so you always do the highest-value actions first.
Daily bonuses in VvW are designed with compounding returns. Missing them once is barely noticeable; missing them for a week puts you meaningfully behind a player who doesn't. The daily login bonus alone pays out 35% more gold on day 7 of a streak — but only if you maintain the streak. A structured routine ensures you capture every bonus, every day, without spending mental energy figuring out what to do first.
The Priority Hierarchy
Regardless of your available time, always complete actions in this order. Higher-priority actions are time-locked (reset daily) and lose their value if skipped. Lower-priority actions are available whenever:
- Daily Login Bonus — one click, takes 10 seconds, never skip
- Daily Quests — reset at midnight UTC, 2× gold value vs. regular quests
- Arena Matches — daily win bonus; first 3 wins each day give bonus tokens
- Cooldown Actions — crafting cooldowns, gathering nodes, auction house management
- Free Time — farming, dungeons, exploration, whatever you enjoy
Items 1–3 are time-locked and expire at midnight UTC. If you only have 15 minutes, completing items 1–3 captures the vast majority of your daily value. Items 4–5 can be done at any time and don't compound the same way.
30-Minute Session Routine
- MustCollect daily login bonus — Character → Daily Rewards. 10 seconds. Never skip.
- MustComplete 2 daily quests — pick the two with highest gold rewards. Average ~15 minutes combined.
- MustPlay 1 Arena match — counts toward daily win bonus. Win or lose, you're building streak.
- ShouldCheck Auction House listings — relist expiring items, cancel undercut listings. 2 minutes.
- BonusLog off from a Tavern — activates Rested XP accumulation for tomorrow's session.
60-Minute Session Routine
- MustDaily login bonus + all daily quests — complete all available daily quests (~25 min total).
- Must3 Arena matches — captures the full daily win bonus on 3 wins. ~15 minutes.
- ShouldInfinity Tower — 10 floors — Tower progress persists week-to-week; daily 10-floor minimum keeps you on track for weekly milestone. ~10 min.
- ShouldClan quests (if available) — 2 clan quests contribute to treasury and earn you personal quest gold. ~5 min.
- ShouldAuction House management — check sales, relist, buy materials if crafting. ~5 min.
2-Hour Session Routine
- MustAll daily quests + login bonus — everything from the 60-min routine first. ~25 min.
- Must5 Arena matches — past 3 wins, matches still give rating and Arena tokens. ~20 min.
- MustWeekly challenge progress — check your active weekly challenge and advance it if possible. ~10 min.
- ShouldElite zone farming — 45–60 minutes in your level-appropriate farming zone with consumables active. See Speed Farming Guide.
- ShouldClan activities — dungeon group, war preparation, or coordinated content. ~20 min.
- BonusInfinity Tower push — attempt your personal best floor for weekly milestone rewards.
What NOT to Skip Even on Short Days
If you have only 5 minutes, do exactly three things:
- Collect the daily login bonus — preserves your streak multiplier
- Accept (not necessarily complete) at least one daily quest — the acceptance counts for certain streak calculations
- Move your character to a Tavern before logging off — ensures Rested XP accumulates overnight
These three actions take under 3 minutes combined and preserve nearly all of the value a daily streak provides.
Weekly Planning: Which Days to Invest More
Not all days are equal. Structure your week to invest more time on high-value days:
- Monday: Weekly challenge resets — run the 2-hour routine to get a head start
- Friday/Saturday: Clan Wars typically schedule here — prioritize clan activities
- Sunday: Weekly challenge deadline — push to complete if not done; captures full weekly reward
- Weekdays: 60-minute routine is sufficient for consistent progression
A player running the 60-minute routine consistently for 30 days earns approximately 40% more gold and 25% more XP than a player who plays the same total hours but in irregular 3-hour weekend binges. The daily systems are designed to reward consistency over total time.
The most valuable thing about a routine isn't perfection — it's removing the daily decision of "what should I do first?" When you know the answer before you log in, you capture more value with less mental overhead. Print or bookmark the checklist for your most common session length and run it on autopilot.
